In individual therapy, we move at your unique pace, establishing a rhythm that honors your needs. Throughout this process, your capacity for insight, emotional awareness, and resilience naturally strengthens. This confidential space allows you to express thoughts and feelings freely, experiencing being truly heard without judgment.

Through the holistic lens of Gestalt therapy, we address your emotions, thoughts, and bodily experiences as an integrated whole. In our sessions, I support you in recognizing patterns in your life and developing greater self-understanding. As your relationship with yourself deepens, you discover the power to make more authentic life choices.

Working with core Gestalt principles of contact, awareness, and responsibility, I accompany you in making sense of and transforming your life experience. This process supports you in building more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others, while making more conscious choices in your life.

Drawing from my own experience as a first-generation immigrant, I offer understanding for those navigating cross-cultural adaptation, identity exploration, and belonging challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, mood fluctuations, and self-worth struggles, while providing support through trauma, loss, and burnout. I help address relationship patterns, attachment styles, and communication barriers to develop healthier connections. Significant life transitions, existential questions, and personal development are also areas of my practice.
